Who I am vs who I want to be.

Always telling myself I need to change but fail to do any changing.

Knowing what I Should be doing but still actively doing the same things.

Year after Year the only thing Im Good for is planning

Planning to eat better, Dress Better, Stop the Yelling

Be calm Even When the anger takes over me ugh to be stuck in the in between.
